Most people call me RIPPLE
I’m originally from Detroit, but I spent 18 years in Las Vegas destroying my life before I finally turned things around. For years, I lived on the run or under supervision, caught in a cycle of drugs, alcohol, and consequences. I didn’t get sober until I was almost 36.
I’ve been sober from hard drugs since March 23, 2018, and completely sober since August 8, 2020. In 2018, I was facing 74 months in federal prison on my third strike. When I was given probation instead, it became my wake-up call. I knew I had to change everything.
Since getting sober, I rebuilt my life from the ground up. I got out of debt, restored relationships, got in the best shape of my life, and built real discipline and confidence. I’ve competed in Men’s Physique, run a half marathon, and built a business that’s helped over 100 men change their lives.
I’ve been exactly where you are and I climbed out using the same blueprint I now give my clients.
